How long does it take to fulfill an order?

We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

What is your average shipping time?

The shipping time depends on  your location, but typical shipping times are:  3-​4 business days.

Why does it take longer to receive my item?

Our shirts are printed on demand.  We are eco-friendly by not wasting products and having an abundance of products available to ship. This helps to cut down on wasted shirts and printing materials. 

How do I track my order? 

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order  ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at contact@mellieandmacco.com.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed in our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@mellieandmacco.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we will send you a shipping label. Once we have received the mislabelled item, we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you  quickly, please email us at contact@mellieandmacco.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

If the shirt isn't for me, am I able to return it?

Because we print our shirts on demand, we’re unable to accept returns. Please be sure to read the sizing chart to ensure you are ordering the correct size shirt. If there is an issue with the item you received, please reach out to us at contact@mellieandmacco.com within one week of receiving your item with your order number and we will get back to you with a resolution. 

How are your shirts made?

Our shirts are made using a process called Direct to Garment (DTG).  The image is printed directly on the garment allowing for long lasting images. Images are printed on a unisex style Canvas + Bella Soft Style shirt.
